MEP Construction has successfully executed and delivered a swimming pool project for Palm Hills Developments, under the consultancy of Shaker Consultancy Group (SCG), in New Cairo.
The project features two swimming pool facilities, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a second swimming pool, designed to enhance the recreational facilities and overall experience within the development.
Comprehensive MEP Works & Specialized Installations
MEP Construction was responsible for executing a comprehensive scope of specialized swimming pool works and integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The scope covered the essential systems required to ensure efficient pool operation, water quality, safety, and functionality.
Key works included:
Pool Water Circulation: Implementation of circulation systems to maintain consistent water movement and operational efficiency.
Filtration & Water Treatment: Installation of filtration and treatment systems to maintain appropriate water quality.
Pumps & Pumping Systems: Integration of pumping equipment to support reliable system performance.
Plumbing & Drainage: Execution of plumbing networks and drainage systems serving the swimming pool facilities.
Electrical Systems: Installation of electrical infrastructure supporting the pool’s operational requirements.

In addition to the original project scope, MEP Construction undertook the Design & Build of a steel structure during project execution.
